About Quick Team Solution
Quick Team Solution is a small engineering team. Blake Taylor leads the work, and he is the person on the discovery call.
The company builds custom software, workflow automation, and the connections between systems for operating businesses and for technology teams that need more engineering than they have in house. The work starts from how a company already runs. A tool that is impressive and unused is a failed project.
A lot of that operating work is in residential construction: estimates, plans, purchase orders, and the handoff between the office and the job. The same shape shows up in other operations-heavy businesses, anywhere a request has to be owned and a manager needs to see what is stuck. ARES, the residential takeoff tool, is one public example of that document-to-record pattern.
How a project runs
A first conversation is thirty minutes. We ask where the work starts, who touches it, and which system is supposed to know the truth. From there the build is a slice of that path, then the exceptions the first real week reveals. The same people who scope the work stay on it. Questions do not bounce to a different vendor after the kickoff.
AI is used inside that path, not as a separate product. Sorting, drafting, and exception checks are delivered with Kolgard AI. If a step has no clean way for a person to check the result, it stays manual.
Quick Team Studios
The same group runs Quick Team Studios, which makes chunky 2D pixel games. Pixel Boom, the first release, is a run-and-gun through eight zones. The studio is a separate site. The client work stays on this one.
